Intelecom Learning is a joint powers authority (JPA) and educational service agency established by the the Southern California Consortium for Community College Television – a consortium of 31 California community colleges in fifteen districts.

Opening Doors To Learning

Education has always been at the heart of Intelecom Learning activities. Since 1970, the organization has established an unsurpassed reputation for increasing access to education through the effective use of instructional media and technology.

Charting New Pathways

Today, Intelecom Learning brings its experience in content development and instructional design to the creation of next generation learning tools for use by its member colleges as well as educational organizations throughout the United States and the world.

COLLABORATE

Few organizations can maintain the sophisticated level of production that is made possible through consortial efforts. Since 1970, Intelecom Learning has successfully partnered with colleges, universities, publishers, foundations, and government agencies to develop curriculum-based materials and learning solutions.

INNOVATE

In keeping with its history of leveraging technology in support of education, Intelecom Learning developed and launched a customizable smartphone app for student veterans with the goal of assisting them both with the on-boarding process and pursuit of their educational goals. Like many forward-thinking projects before it, this innovative tool stands as an excellent example of an effective response to a pressing educational need.

EDUCATE

As a publicly-owned, community college-owned organization, Intelecom Learning takes its cue from the needs of community colleges and by extension the needs of students at community colleges. Ours is a shared goal … to prepare all students for success in a diverse and rapidly changing world.
